In this engaging event, keynote speaker Erin Walsh will cut through conflicting information about screen time, parenting, and early childhood development. Drawing on the latest research, she will share practical insights into how screens, caregiver stress, and support systems all shape young children’s wellbeing.

You’ll also hear updates about the work of Little Moments Count in the St. Croix Valley to support healthy early brain development across the region, and the 2026 Little Moments Count First Thousand Days Champion Award will be presented.​

Little Moments Count First Thousand Days Champion Award

This award celebrates individuals, organizations, or coalitions in the St. Croix Valley who demonstrate outstanding work and deep commitment to supporting parents and families in the first three years of their child’s life. Now through April 30, please use this short form to submit a nomination (it only takes about 10 minutes!). The winner will be celebrated in an award ceremony at this event.
